At SATORI Hair, we believe in creating spaces that support growth, purpose, and connection — not just for our clients, but for our wider community. That’s why we’re so proud of our ongoing partnership with Elenni & Co, a company dedicated to helping young people with disabilities gain confidence, skills, and workplace experience.
When we set up our Essendon salon, Elenni & Co was right there beside us — not just in spirit, but in action. Their participants rolled up their sleeves and got to work: painting walls, laying floors, building and sanding workstations. Their efforts helped create the beautiful space our team and clients enjoy today.
Our partnership has continued beyond the build. Elenni & Co participants now spend time in our salon, helping with day-to-day tasks like sweeping hair, cleaning windows, and even doing each other’s hair — all while learning new skills in a supportive, real-world setting.
Looking ahead, we’re excited to explore a dedicated salon assistant pathway, designed to align with each individual’s strengths and passions.
This partnership is about more than hair — it’s about community, inclusion, and creating meaningful opportunities in the industry we love.
